As soon as you open the pack there is a strong smell of citronella oil. The stickers are fun kid designs and easy to apply without looking like you’re wearing a ton of insect repellent. These are essential for if you’re going to go on a hike or camp to survive from getting bit by mosquitoes. I like that the styles are kid friendly so the kids will be more willing to wear it even if the smell is so strong, since they don’t understand the worse case scenario is endless mosquito bites if they don’t wear it. I haven’t tested it by succumbing to the forest but I am also not crazy enough to be a ginuea pig but based on the strength of the scent it should improve your odds.

I love the idea of these, but it seems like I have to wear at least four or more of them to actually repel mosquitoes. They have a great citronella smell and look cute. The smell seems to last a long time. I wore two and still got a bunch of mosquito bites and my son was wearing two and he got three bites on his leg.
